Refund policy

·       Return & Exchange Policy:

       Order inspection with the delivery representative is strictly not allowed.

       Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order, either through our website or Instagram messages.

       The product cannot be exchanged or returned in case of damage.

       In cases of return, the product is received for inspection and then replaced with another product.

·       Refund Policy:

       The product will be inspected upon return to ensure it is in its original condition.

       The refund will be issued via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, with the shipping cost deducted from the total refund amount.
